1. Combing, Cleaning, Conditioning & Drying
As mentioned earlier, hair is exposed to the pollution and dirt directly when we step outside the house. So keeping the hair and scalp clean is very important because a dirty scalp may invite dandruff, unnatural hair fall and split ends.
Firstly, we should comb our hair regularly. We all live a very busy life of packed schedule. Our hair suffers the most because of our hectic and discrepant lifestyle. Combing the hair regularly and repeating it at least twice a day. Combing not only helps in keeping the hair neat and proper but it also helps in blood circulation which leads to hair growth. Comb the hair by starting from the scalp and move downward to the end. It will move the dirt of the scalp to the split ends and detangle it.
Cleaning the hair regularly is also crucial for the healthy growth of hair.
When you are drying your hair with a blow dryer, always use low heat settings to rescue from damaged hair.
Conditioning is the most underestimated method of keeping the hair healthy because many people do not give it as much important as shampooing.
But following this three method- combing, cleaning and conditioning; will definitely provide good results in the hair care routine.
There is a very popular saying that, “Oil your machine”. It may mean something else literally, but in terms of hair care, it can be related to the benefits that oiling provides in the hair care routine. Different type of oils caters to the different need for hair care. Castrol oil helps grow hair. Olive oil makes the hair softens the frizzes and nourishes dry damaged hair. Almond oil is the best alternative to a natural conditioner as it has many vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants in it. Coconut oil not only has deep conditioning properties but it also fights split ends and promotes hair growths thanks to its anti-fungal and anti-bacterial elements. You can apply oil by using the double pot boiling methods to get the best results.

Use this conditioner before applying shampoo. Massage it to the entire hair and scalp properly and keep it for 30 minutes and then shampoo the hair properly and make sure none of the mixtures is left in the hair after using the shampoo.

Onion is also very useful in removing dandruff and dirt from the scalp. Blend two big onions with the help of the blender and make sure there are no lumps. Apply it well on the roots, scalp, and hair and wash it after 30 minutes with shampoo. You can also apply the only lime juice on your scalp to remove dandruff.
7. The magic of Henna powder
Henna powder is very useful in terms of making the hair healthy shiny and thick. It can be used as both as a conditioner for your hair and also as a more healthy alternative to chemical hair color products as using this henna powder frequently will give your hair a nice burgundy or tangerine shade. You can use dry packaged henna powder which is easily available in the superstores or you can use henna leaves which can also be easily found in open or local market. If you are using the henna powder or packaged henna then you have to soak the henna all night and apply it in the next morning. For this, you have to boil one tablespoon of tea leaves in hot boiling water. Separate the tea water from the tea leaves and mix the henna powder with the tea powder. Make sure the consistency is not too thick or too thin. And also make sure that there are no lumps. Soak the henna powder in the tea water all night and apply it the next morning. Make sure to use milk tea leaves and avoid using green tea leaves or jasmine tea leaves because you may not get the same color and results if a different type of tea leaves are used other than tea leaves. Add around one tablespoon of coffee powder in this mixture.
If you want to use natural henna leaves then you should separate the leaves and wash them properly before grinding them into a smooth dark green paste. Then apply it to your hair and avoid applying it into the scalp. Leave it for one hour if you want to use it as a conditioner. If you want to use it as a hair color, then keep it on your hair for around 3-4 hours. You can wash it with shampoo or with water only; the choice is yours. It is not necessary to blend the henna leaves the day before as the henna powder. You can blend it instantly or one hour before application.
